Bending reasons of large diameter piling pipe

Processing large diameter piling pipe to a certain length, then there is certainly a bend in the steel is a phenomenon often encountered and circumstances. Large diameter piling pipe is due to uneven along the longitudinal direction of the pipe at the bottom or on the occurrence of such a curved shape, commonly known as "goose head bent."

The major causes bending, artificial heat checks, the local water caused; straightening improper adjustment, straightening rolls badly worn arising; lifting and transportation of bending caused; sizing machining, assembly and improper adjustment can also be possible.

For the occurrence of large diameter pipe bending, if it is excessive curvature, it can be secondary re-straightening, but if it is unable to straightening of the "goose head bent" removal treatment should be given. In addition, the large diameter steel pipe production process, can not be very accurate due to several rolls in a straight line, so it is easy to bend, the solution is to increase the number of these rollers and distance.
