JCOE technology is the most important one of LSAW steel pipe technology development in the past ten years, its appearance greatly reduces the LSAW steel pipe production line investment, making the small and medium enterprises are also able to enter the LSAW steel pipe manufacturing threshold. And because of the small investment of JCOE unit and flexible production processes, its product quality is equal to UOE fairly, so it gets rapid development worldwide. China's petroleum systems and pipe colleagues in Taiwan on the technical equipment  has been in a leading position.
