Seamless steel pipe

Seamless steel pipe is made of perforated or solid tube billet into the capillary tube, and then through the hot-rolled or cold-rolled process. Seamless steel pipe specification is represented with wall thickness * diameter. And divided into hot rolled and cold rolled seamless steel pipe two categories. Hot-rolled seamless steel pipe contains normal steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler pipe, high pressure boiler pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, oil cracking pipe, geological steel pipe and other steel pipe. Cold-rolled seamless steel pipe, in addition to the types mentioned above such as normal steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler pipe, high pressure boiler pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, oil cracking pipe, the other steel pipe, there are also carbon thin-walled steel pipe, alloy thin-walled steel pipe, walled stainless steel pipe and special steel pipe. Hot-rolled seamless pipe outer diameter is generally greater than 32mm, wall thickness of 2.5-75mm, cold-rolled seamless steel pipe outer diameter can go to 6mm, wall thickness can be up to 0.25mm, outer diameter thin-walled tube to 5mm thickness less than 0.25mm, cold rolled is with higher dimensional accuracy than hot-rolled.
General seamless steel pipe is using 10,20,30,35,45 and other high quality carbon steel, 16Mn, 5MnV low-alloy structural steel or 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2,40MnB such structural steel hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel. 10,20 and other low-carbon steel seamless pipe is mainly used for fluid pipes. Seamless 45,40Cr etc. medium carbon steel used to manufacture mechanical parts, such as cars, tractors and the force components. General seamless steel pipe should ensure the strength and flattening test. Hot-rolled steel pipe is delivered with hot-rolled state or heat treatment state; cold rolled seamless steel pipe is delivered with heat treatment state.
